Saleemul Huq OBE is a Bangladeshi-British scientist and is the Director of the International Centre for Climate Change & Development based in Bangladesh, and Professor at Independent University, Bangladesh. He is an expert in the field of climate change, environment and development.

Adelle is Senior Caribbean Research Associate for the IMPACT project and part of the Science team at Climate Analytics. She is also a Senior Fellow at The University of The Bahamas. Her focus is on aspects of social vulnerability, adaptation strategies and loss and damage.

Marie-Claire is a Swiss based youth advocate, global change maker and speaker for just sustainable development and ambitious climate action. She initiated and is leading several associations and movements in the fields of climate action, sustainable development, youth and women empowerment and education such as the Sustainability Week International.

Heeta Lakhani is a climate educator with The ClimAct Initiative. She has a Masters of Science in Environmental Studies and Resource Management from TERI University, India. She is a firm believer in the power of youth participation in grassroots and international processes.

Chandelle O'Neil is a sustainable energy specialist and human rights advocate from Trinidad and Tobago. They went to university and worked in Canada where they obtained their Bachelor’s of Engineering in mechanical engineering (with distinction) specialized for sustainable energy systems design and worked in process engineering for waste reduction and improving efficiencies at large international companies including Johnson & Johnson.
